Wassertech Water Timer Irrigation Controller

A modern, easy-to-use analog timer designed for automatic watering of plants in soil and hydroponic systems. Perfect for use in gardens, greenhouses, polytunnels, and growbox systems.

Product Features:

  • New analog irrigation controller by Wassertech

  • Suitable for soil-based and hydroponic cultivation

  • Watering duration: from 1 minute to 120 minutes

  • Watering frequency: from 1 hour to 168 hours (once per week)

  • Powered by two AAA batteries (not included)

  • Operating temperature range: 5°C to 60°C

  • Fits most standard garden hose fittings (25 mm / 1 inch diameter)

  • Operating pressure: 0.5 to 8 bar

  • Very easy to install – no tools required

How it Works:

The timer has two dials:

  • RUN TIME – sets the watering duration per cycle

  • FREQUENCY – sets how often the watering cycle should repeat (in hours)

Once set, the timer automatically opens the valve at the programmed intervals, ensuring consistent watering without manual operation.

Installation Instructions:

  1. Unscrew the waterproof cover and install two AAA batteries.

  2. Test the unit by turning the RUN TIME dial from the “OFF” position. You should hear the motor start within 30 seconds.

  3. If the unit does not respond, check that the batteries are properly installed.

  4. Attach the timer to the faucet:

    • Loosen the large green collar

    • Tighten the black collar onto the faucet thread

    • Then hand-tighten the green collar

Notes:

  • The timer begins counting down from the moment it is set. You must set it at the exact time you want the watering to start.

  • You can adjust the settings at any time using the dials.

  • To stop the timer, turn the FREQUENCY dial to RESET.

Troubleshooting:

If the water does not come on:

  • Make sure the faucet is open

  • Check the batteries

  • Ensure the FREQUENCY and RUN TIME settings are correctly configured

  • The FREQUENCY must be longer than the RUN TIME — for example, you cannot set FREQUENCY to 1 hour and RUN TIME to 60 minutes
